1. Parties

These Terms of Service are entered into between İsar Group and the person using the SılaGo mobile application. By using the App, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

SılaGo provides:

Roadside assistance matching
Convoy tracking and group location sharing
Instant messaging and media sharing
Document management (passport, driver's license, insurance, etc.)
Voice communication (voice rooms)
Translation and OCR services
Emergency communication
Navigation services

3. Account Creation

You must be at least 18 years old.
Registration information must be accurate and current.
You are responsible for account security.
Anonymous usage is available with limited functionality.

4. User Obligations

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Respect the rights of other users

Prohibited conduct:

Creating false help requests
Sending harassing, threatening, or discriminatory messages
Unauthorized sharing of personal information
GPS spoofing (false location)
Using bots or automated tools
Impersonating another user

5. Location Sharing

Core functions require location access.
Continuous tracking requires separate consent.
Convoy sharing stops automatically after the set duration.
Help request location sharing ends upon completion or cancellation.

6. Content Responsibility

You are responsible for all content you create.
Illegal, obscene, or harmful content is prohibited.
The Company may remove violating content without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its components are the Company's intellectual property.
A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted for personal use.
You retain rights to content you upload.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is."
No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Roadside assistance matching does not replace professional services.
In emergencies, always contact official emergency services (112).

9. Account Termination

The Company may suspend accounts for violations.
You may delete your account through the App.
Account deletion is irreversible.

10. Modifications

Significant changes will be notified at least 15 days in advance. If you do not accept changes, you may discontinue use.

11. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Istanbul Courts have jurisdiction.
EU citizens' consumer protection rights are reserved.
